Who doesn’t know the story of the little girl who sets off on her way to her grandmother and, not listening to her mother’s advice, ends up, along with her grandmother, in the belly of the wolf! Well, our story is a little different. Through the talent and humor of Cristian Pepino, who wrote the script, through the scenographic vision of Marian Sandu, as well as through the staging of our colleagues, it turns into an original story, full of humor, adventure and lovable characters.
The theatrical convention, specific to the puppet theatre, is visible, meaning that the actor and the puppet are side by side and thus present themselves on the stage, as you will see. Then the characters are brought, to a certain extent, into the present day: Little Red Riding Hood is a cute little girl, a sporty girl who likes hiking and is curious, Grandma is a grandma who likes to knit and watch TV and listen to the radio, the wolf is a great trickster (he thinks so), and the hunter is that sort of woodsman concerned with preserving the fauna and flora of the forests.
